What is my poor diet?

Soy is considered anti thyroid, which makes your thyroid slower and slow down your metabolism. Your diet seems lacking fat. Fat is essential. Does your energy bar include proteins and fats? Fruit does not promote fat loss. I advocate low-carb way of eating to get people to their maximum health potential. You lose more body fat dietary protein and fat (not not eat proteins only) and not eating at all.
