Buy Disney, Marvel had no effect on the area of Marvel Super Heroes to Islands of Adventure?

I heard about this today, and all I thought was how a movement that was able to Disney, one stroke, to acquire a lucrative franchise with characters which are featured in both films made by several of its competitors in the film industry and one of the basic attractions of the Islands Adventure at Universal Orlando, a Disney World best competitors. So who is to say they simply will not go ahead and make a fifth theme park Featured only rides and attractions based on all the Marvel characters and call it something like Marvel's Super Disney Park? To differentiate between the four other parks and to operate the late teens to late twenties market, which is only slightly raised up to d'autres parks, they could use it as a vehicle for walks wider end, high emotion and a roller coaster that will directly compete with those at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. Coincidentally, there is already a project like this which is currently under construction in a theme park vast and complex entertainment outside Dubai, United Arab Emirates called Dubailand, which is supposed to open by the end of 2012.
