In this time of economic gloom, why are companies allowed to pay their employees of the Commission without the base salary?
A employees will work for, say 7 h / day, sells very few who pays the commission and at the end of the week, he rather pay the store for hours that spent on the ground without selling anything. In other words, the day he will make a big sale, all commissions earned will be taken away from him to pay for these hours, it has not a sale. Surely, in this "depression" sometimes, how an employee can survive? I think we also need to stimulate government checks like the unemployed!
The employer must ensure that it receives at least minimum wage for hours worked during the week - Which is the law. /
