You see this all the time in soaps and movies. There, you see someone who is completely changed, so they live with their friends without being identified. You'll also hear from international criminal organizations taking another identity apparently with the help of plastic surgery in some distant unknown country. And do you think this is possible?
Consider the facts one by one. The face is the most identifiable person. What can do cosmetic surgery for face? Plastic surgery is generally performed to improve its characteristics. Take the case of the nose. Operation nose can turn a flat nose in a prominent one, a thick nose, a slim and well proportioned one, a large nose smaller. This is done by scarring hidden and nobody can believe. Some people have the chin too small or large. Bone plastic surgery can be shaped and new bone or chin implants can be added to give a pleasing appearance. People who have flat cheeks can get cheek implants done for better definition of the face. Hollow cheeks Chubby can be made by injecting fat in them which is drawn from another part of the body of people with a syringe. If the cheeks are too chubby they can be reduced in size by removing some fat from a cut in the mouth. If the lips are too thick, they can be reduced in size by cutting a thin strip and if the lips are too thin, they can be made thicker with injections of filling some or filling them with its own tissue by surgery. Surgery in the elderly facelift can remove loose skin and provide a look 10 years younger. Acne or scars on the face can be smoothened by dermabrasion surgery. Scars on the face can be removed or improved by surgery revision scar. If the ears are malformed or too large, they can be fixed. The body shape can be changed dramatically with plastic surgery. Liposuction surgery can remove fat any part of the body and can give an enviable figure. Implants can be inserted into the chest of male calves to give the appearance of bulging muscles. If a tattoo or a scar elsewhere, may be removed.
People who opt for change sex often go to plastic surgery to change a look musculin female or vice versa. Since they also change their clothes, hair and makeup can be almost unrecognizable.
Coming Back to the million dollar question, can identity plastic surgery change the point that even family and friends do not know? Plastic surgery is generally done to improve the appearance, correct deformities and reverse the signs of aging. After such a surgery person gets compliments it looks better, or younger and most times, people do not guess not just because plastic surgery. But what if a person was young and he or she has no significant deformation characteristics or unbalanced requiring plastic surgery. Theoretically, it can still be done by the above procedures, but the result is often ugly. For example, a beautiful nose can be done wrong.
Although some of these changes are made person can still be identified by his friends and family because his body language, voice, expressions, etc. size in other words, it is possible in the movies but not in real life. In real life no plastic surgeon be prepared to do this job. It is completely unrealistic, unsustainable and sometimes illegal downrightly. It is a great savior for some scripts Screen though.
