need help to play poker at home?

I played a satilite the WSOP and flopped 2 pair of aces and 7 and the other guy had AQ and hit his card on the river, I so angry he shot me, even if I had the worst of it preflop. How do you handle bad beats i need a table help dealing with my anger the table, I just play worse when I take a beat like that.

Do not go there feel that the cards you must somehow because you were the statistical favorite to win the hand. 2. Remember, luck is evenly distributed.
